NOVA Document is a management tool of documents of the staff of your company.


All generated documents by NOVA are archived in the electronic file of the employee.


Documents that are not produced by NOVA and scanned can be associated with the employee with a simple copy in his directory. 


The system synchronizes automatically the added documents.

In order to guarantee the security of the data, the documents are secured and classified by section with access rights differentiated according to the user.


The employee can consult and print his documents according to his rights, such as pay slip, pay of holidays, etc.…


Every employee consults and generates his documents via NOVA Portal.
